If you want to take surveys online but aren’t ready to sign up for a survey membership just yet I recommend joining a free paid online surveys site to get you started. Granted most free survey sites aren’t actually very good, but I’ve come across one particular site that I’ve been very happy with.
It’s called CashCrate, and is definitely the best that I’ve come across. All you have to do is take part in surveys and complete free offers. Sometimes you have to sign up to a website and confirm your email, or you may have to review a product, service or website. Here’s a screenshot from my own members area of some of the offers I could complete:
The money isn’t great - usually just a few dollars per survey, but for a site that was free to join in the first place it’s not bad at all. Most members earn a few hundred dollars a month (depending on the amount of time they put in). I did some research before joining and CashCrate is a well respected and legitimate site, and best of all, payment is always right on time! Minimum payment is $20, but I’d be surprised if you couldn’t make that much in the first day or two. If you reach the minimum payout you will have your payment processed by the 20th of the following month - so basically all your March earnings will be sent to you in mid April and so on.
Again (like with most survey sites) your options will be limited if you’re outside the US. You’ll get a few offers to complete if you’re in the UK, but I can’t guarantee what kind of offers and surveys you’ll get if you live anywhere else.
As I said, you won’t make a huge amount completing free paid online surveys, however CashCrate offers you a chance to make some great money using their referral program. At the first level (Bronze) you can earn 20% of what your referrals make and 10% of what their referrals make. You’ll also receive a $3.00 bonus for each referral who earns their first $10.00! This increases as you move up the referral ranks. For instance once you’ve completed the Bronze level you can then move up to Silver and a slightly higher referral rate. CashCrates promotion center gives you lots of ideas and banners for promoting their program as well.
Of course you don’t need to ever get involved in the referral program if you wish, you can just complete the surveys and offers available to you.
